  • Build strong relationships with dealer principals, sales teams, distributors and key customers;

  • Conduct regular dealer visits across NSW, VIC, TAS, SA and WA;

  • Work with dealers to develop and execute annual business plans, forecasts and sales strategies; and

  • Monitor dealer performance across sales, inventory, marketing, financial and operational measures.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally bring at least 5 years' experience within the construction equipment industry, with a strong understanding of dealer-led sales environments.

You will also bring:

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen;

  • Demonstrated experience driving sales and market share growth;

  • Experience managing and influencing dealer or distributor networks;

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capability;

  • Confidence engaging with dealer principals, senior leaders and key accounts;

  • Strong presentation and communication skills;

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset;

  • The ability to work autonomously across a large geographic territory;

  • Strong planning, budgeting and organisational skills; and

  • A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline is advantageous.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-impact commercial role with a global manufacturer, taking ownership of a large and strategically important Australian territory.

You will have the autonomy to influence dealer performance, shape territory strategy and directly impact sales growth, profitability and market share, while working alongside experienced local and regional teams.
