An established national organisation is looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Community Engagement Lead to strengthen its presence and connections within Sydney's Vietnamese community. 
 
This is a highly people-focused position combining community engagement, relationship management, business development and team leadership. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships within the Vietnamese community;

• Develop partnerships with community groups, organisations and local leaders;

• Represent the organisation at community events and networking opportunities;

• Identify new engagement, referral and business development opportunities;

• Build awareness of the organisation's services within the community;

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of community relationships; and

• Deliver presentations and engage confidently with groups and stakeholders.

About You 
 
We are looking for someone who is warm, energetic, commercially minded and genuinely passionate about community engagement. 
 
You could currently be working across community engagement, healthcare, multicultural services, business development, partnerships, customer service, education or another relationship-driven environment**.** 
 
To be successful, you will ideally bring:

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English;

• Strong connections to or understanding of the Vietnamese community;

• Experience in community engagement, partnerships or business development;

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills;

• Confidence presenting and engaging with a variety of stakeholders;

• A proactive approach to developing new relationships and opportunities; and

• Strong organisation, follow-up and CRM management skills.
