Opportunity
The Content & Growth Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and delivering high-quality content across the organisation’s digital platforms, with a focus on content hygiene, consistency and execution.
The role sits within the Business Performance department, supporting website and EDM delivery and working closely with the Marketing team to ensure content is accurate, timely and aligned to campaigns and organisational priorities.
What You'll Do
Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with campaigns and business priorities;
Create and edit content for web pages and EDMs, including building and deploying email campaigns (QA, testing and delivery);
Support campaign execution through landing pages, digital updates and partnership deliverables via CMS (e.g. Sitecore);
Manage content hygiene and governance, including ownership of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source, update and improve content across digital platforms; and
Assist with basic reporting and performance insights to support ongoing content optimisation.
What You'll Bring
1 – 2 years’ experience in a content, digital or marketing coordination role;
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital or related field (or equivalent experience);
Experience using CMS platforms and EDM tools;
Strong writing, editing and attention-to-detail skills;
Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; and
Collaborative approach, with confidence working across marketing and digital teams.
