****About the Role:
**
In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and commercial teams to support project delivery. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to contract administration, financial tracking, procurement and document control on large-scale electrical installation and construction projects.
**
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with procurement, supplier/subcontractor engagement and onboarding;

  • Prepare subcontract documents, scopes, purchase orders and contract recommendations;

  • Support administration of subcontracts, variations, EOTs and progress claims;

  • Maintain cost tracking, budgets, forecasts and financial reports;

  • Review subcontractor claims, invoices and project documentation;

  • Ensure accurate document control using systems such as Navision, Aconex, Procore or Autodesk; and

  • Manage registers for contracts, correspondence and commercial documentation.

**Skills & Experience:
**

  • 3-5 years’ experience in contract or project administration;

  • A Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or other relevant qualification in Administration would be an advantage but is not essential;

  • Specific experience required in administering AS4300, managing project bank accounts and training plans;

  • Understanding of contracts, procurement, variations and progress claims;

  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness;

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); and

  • Experience with Navision, Aconex, Procore or Autodesk is advantageous.

  • Confident engaging with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers and site teams.
