Senior Property Paralegal
High-autonomy role | $90K + super | Brisbane CBD location
A well-established and highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to take ownership of a low-volume, high-quality residential conveyancing portfolio.
This is a senior-level role suited to someone who thrives working autonomously, takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and enjoys being trusted to run matters end-to-end.
The Opportunity
You will manage A – Z residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision, supported by experienced lawyers and legal assistants.
This is a hands-on, high-trust role where quality, accuracy and client care are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end residential conveyancing files;
Review, prepare and process contracts and documentation;
Liaise directly with clients, banks and external stakeholders;
Conduct searches, manage key dates and ensure timely settlements;
Handle PEXA settlements, OSR processing and Titles lodgements;
Maintain compliance with Lexon protocols and firm procedures; and
Oversee post-settlement processes and file finalisation.
About You
You are a highly experienced conveyancing paralegal who is confident working independently and delivering a premium client experience.
You will bring:
4+ years’ experience in property / conveyancing;
Proven ability to manage files A – Z with minimal supervision;
Strong working knowledge of QLD conveyancing processes and Titles Office requirements;
Experience with PEXA, OSR Online and electronic lodgements;
Excellent communication and client relationship skills;
High attention to detail and strong organisational capability; and
Confidence troubleshooting and resolving conveyancing issues.
