What you’ll be doing:

• Speaking with prospective students about course options;

• Understanding career goals and recommending suitable pathways;

• Managing inbound and outbound enquiries;

• Guiding students through the enrolment process;

• Building rapport and creating a positive student experience; and

• Working towards achievable sales targets and KPIs.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous sales, customer service, or admissions experience;

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;

• Empathy, emotional intelligence, and confidence;

• A consultative and people-first approach;

• Motivated by earning potential and career progression; and

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
