What you’ll be doing:
Speaking with prospective students about course options;
Understanding career goals and recommending suitable pathways;
Managing inbound and outbound enquiries;
Guiding students through the enrolment process;
Building rapport and creating a positive student experience; and
Working towards achievable sales targets and KPIs.
What we’re looking for:
Previous sales, customer service, or admissions experience;
Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
Empathy, emotional intelligence, and confidence;
A consultative and people-first approach;
Motivated by earning potential and career progression; and
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
