The Role
Join a leading professional services firm in a permanent Credit Controller role supporting a major practice group. Reporting to an experienced Credit Manager, you’ll manage end-to-end credit control while working closely with Partners, EAs and Finance Managers.
This is a well-rounded role combining stakeholder-facing collections with reconciliations, statements and inbox management, working as part of a collaborative, rotating team structure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end credit control and firm-wide collections;
Engage with Partners and executive assistants on debtor matters;
Prepare monthly statements and debtor reconciliations;
Process credit notes and handle receipting activities;
Review and reconcile client accounts and new client setups;
Manage a high-volume shared inbox with accuracy and professionalism; and
Collaborate closely with Finance Managers and the wider AR team.
About You
2+ years’ credit control experience in a professional services environment;
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders without over- or under-communicating;
Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities;
Professional, concise communicator with a proactive mindset;
Intermediate to advanced Excel capability;
Experience with 3E is desirable but not essential; and
TAFE Diploma in Finance or Credit preferred.
