An exciting opportunity exists to join a well-established consumer-focused organisation as they embark on a significant CRM transformation project.
 
Reporting to the Head of Digital & Content, this newly created role will play a pivotal part in the implementation and ongoing ownership of HubSpot across the business. Acting as the internal CRM expert and Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, customer experience and technology to deliver a best-practice CRM ecosystem while driving meaningful customer engagement through data-led marketing initiatives.
 
This role sits within the Digital Marketing team and offers a unique blend of CRM strategy, marketing automation, customer journey development and campaign execution.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of a new HubSpot CRM platform across the business;

  • Become the Product Owner and internal subject matter expert for the CRM environment;

  • Manage CRM operations, integrations, data governance and platform optimisation;

  • Design, build and optimise automated customer journeys across multiple channels;

  • Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns across email, SMS and digital channels;

  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to deliver personalised customer communications;

  • Use customer insights, segmentation and behavioural data to improve engagement and retention;

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on key metrics; and

  • Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives and customer acquisition strategies.

About You:

  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or customer engagement;

  • Strong experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms;

  • Previous involvement in CRM implementation, migration or transformation projects highly regarded;

  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation and marketing automation;

  • Commercially minded with a passion for customer experience and data-driven decision making;

  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and driving projects through to completion; and

  • Experience within a fast-paced B2C environment will be highly regarded.
