Job Details

Provide high-quality, end-to-end case management support to internal decision-makers and relevant stakeholders across a broad range of matters. The role involves coordinating and progressing cases from initiation through to resolution, ensuring all activities are undertaken in line with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant legislative requirements, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and professional stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver high-quality case management and customer support to ensure dispute resolution applications meet legislative and organisational requirements;

  • Maintain accurate records, forms and correspondence to support efficient team operations and case progression;

  • Respond to enquiries, apply procedures and guidelines, and escalate complex matters to ensure timely resolution;

  • Act as a key point of contact for decision-makers and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and information flow; and

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting the development of case management practices, team knowledge and risk identification.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in case management, complaints handling, or claims administration, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload;

  • Strong organisation and time management skills to prioritise and progress multiple matters simultaneously;

  • Ability to manage and progress cases end-to-end, ensuring matters remain on track and deadlines are met;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to liaise with internal teams and decision-makers; and

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and terminology.
