Due to re-location of this 140-year-old, ever-growing business, we are searching for some new, energetic and positive customer service superstars to join the team.

About this role:

• This is an initial 12 month FTC commencing as soon as possible. We anticipate a transition to permanent after this time, once everyone has settled in the new office;

• Beautiful office space in Melbourne CBD;

• Hybrid working model - 2 days WFH;

• Working within a team of 10;

• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm;

• Inbound and outbound calls;

• Supporting customers with e-commerce navigation and online purchasing;

• Initiating refunds and returns;

• Managing allocated cases through Salesforce;

• Interpreting support articles to assist customers with troubleshooting; and

• Logging service calls and continuously keeping customers updated.

To be considered, we are seeking:

• Call-centre/phone-based customer service experience (although you will not be treated as a number in a call centre);

• Proven experience navigating technical articles in order to trouble shoot; and

• A bubbly, positive and helpful manner.
