Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer that specialises in building products, known for producing high-quality solutions used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction.

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Administration Representative. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering service, supporting internal teams, and driving sales opportunities through responsive and proactive customer interactions. 
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and maintain customer orders within internal systems, ensuring data integrity and timely completion;

  • Manage customer quotations and enquiries, providing prompt follow-up and clear communication to support high levels of customer satisfaction;

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound and outbound customer communications, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders as required;

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure customer requirements are met, including product specifications, packaging details, and delivery schedules; and

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.

Your Background Might Include:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role;

  • Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Office and other business systems;

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively; and

  • A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to think outside the box.
