What you’ll do:
Deliver high-quality customer support across multiple channels, providing accurate information, advice and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience;
Research, analyse and resolve customer enquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues through appropriate channels to achieve timely outcomes;
Maintain accurate records and databases in line with service delivery systems, privacy requirements and legislative obligations; and
Provide administrative support and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and work processes.
What we’re looking for:
2–3 years’ customer service experience within call centre, administrative or retail environments;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach;
Previous experience working in an office environment; government experience preferred but not essential;
Intermediate computer skills, including accurate typing, confident use of mouse and monitor, and strong email etiquette;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Microsoft Teams; and
Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
