Job role:
Deliver friendly, timely, and empathetic support to injured workers and employers, ensuring a positive customer experience;
Take ownership of a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, managing each case efficiently and in line with legislation and compliance requirements;
Oversee the full life cycle of claims, working to achieve fair and consistent outcomes for all stakeholders;
Communicate information clearly and accurately, providing guidance on claims, entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities in an easy-to-understand way; and
Participate in claim reviews, case conferences, or face-to-face meetings with clients when needed.
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience in allied health or customer service, ideally in phone-based support, or a similar environment;
Experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles will also be considered;
Background or studies in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Psychology, or related fields are a plus;
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service; and
Full and permanent working rights in Australia.
