We are partnering with a major Queensland organisation undergoing a significant cyber and digital uplift. As part of this program, they are seeking a Senior Identity Specialist – Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join their Cyber Security Identity team on an initial 12-month contract.
This is a senior, hands-on role focused on the operation, engineering and continuous enhancement of their CyberArk Privileged Cloud platform. Working closely with BAU and project teams, you will act as a technical authority, provide mentorship to identity engineers and support the development of PAM operating models and wider identity uplift initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the configuration, engineering and maintenance of CyberArk Privileged Cloud;
Support integration with IAM / IGA platforms including SailPoint;
Provide escalation support for PAM-related incidents and operational issues;
Develop technical documentation, as-built artefacts and design inputs;
Contribute to the development of identity operating models and practices; and
Work collaboratively with security, project, vendor and platform teams.
About You
Extensive experience across Identity, PAM, IAM, or IGA engineering;
Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting CyberArk Privileged Cloud (SCA, SIA, EPM, WPM, SWS);
Strong understanding of security standards such as NIST, Essential Eight, ASD ISM, AESCSF and SOCI;
Ability to operate across architecture, engineering and BAU environments; and
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills within complex organisations.
