About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Delivery Lead to join a large and complex enterprise environment, supporting critical HR technology platforms and services.

This role sits at the intersection of people, process and technology, ensuring HR systems remain reliable, secure and aligned to business priorities. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering system enhancements, driving continuous improvement and supporting the successful operation of HR technology services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of HR system enhancements, upgrades and improvement initiatives;

  • Partner with HR, business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into practical outcomes;

  • Manage service transition activities including testing, releases, cut-overs and operational readiness;

  • Ensure systems remain stable, secure, supportable and aligned to business requirements;

  • Work closely with external vendors and technology partners to drive delivery outcomes;

  • Support governance, risk management, compliance and audit requirements across the HR systems landscape; and

  • Maintain documentation, operational procedures and reporting while identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in HR systems, HR technology, application delivery or enterprise systems management;

  • Strong understanding of HRIS or workforce technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce or similar solutions;

  • Experience working within large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities;

  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across business teams, technology functions and external suppliers;

  • Knowledge of change management, release management, incident management and service delivery practices;

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilities; and

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving service improvements and delivering business outcomes.
