Digital Content & Marketing Coordinator
Sydney CBD | $80,000 - $90,000 package

If you're the person who spots a TikTok trend before everyone else, has opinions about what brands should actually be doing on social, and would rather create something than spend three weeks talking about creating it - this could be for you.

This is an opportunity to join a national, people-first professional services business with a big personality, ambitious growth plans and a genuinely social culture.

They're looking for an early-career content marketer who can help bring that personality to life, creating more content, building greater brand visibility and finding fresh ways to get people talking.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days buried in marketing plans or waiting through layers of approval to get an Instagram post out.

You'll work closely with an experienced Digital Content Manager who will provide plenty of mentoring and support, while giving you genuine creative licence to bring ideas to the table and run with them.

What you'll actually be doing

Social content will be a big part of your world, particularly Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

You'll spot trends, capture content, create and edit short-form video, design assets in Canva and help find new ways to get the brand in front of more people.

You'll also get involved across EDMs, internal campaigns, events and broader digital content, while keeping an eye on what's performing and where there's an opportunity to do more.

Importantly, you'll be working closely with a high-energy, commercially minded sales team.

They're outgoing, busy and full of personality, so you'll need to enjoy working with people. You'll be comfortable walking up to someone with an idea, getting them involved in content, pulling a story out of them or occasionally convincing them that yes, they really do need to be in the video.

Who they're looking for

You might have around 1–2 years' experience across content, social media or digital marketing and be ready for a role where you can take on more responsibility and really develop your craft.

You could be coming from a consumer brand, creative agency, hospitality, lifestyle business or another fast-moving environment.

What's more important than having a big corporate name on your CV is having great energy, strong creative instincts and a genuine interest in content and social media.

You'll probably be someone who:

  • genuinely enjoys social media and stays across what's happening on different platforms;

  • can create content yourself, whether that's Canva, CapCut, video or social assets;

  • is confident, friendly and comfortable working with lots of different personalities;

  • knows when content needs to feel polished and when it can have a bit more personality;

  • brings ideas rather than waiting to be given them;

  • enjoys working in a social, fast-moving environment; and

  • is organised enough to turn the fun ideas into things that actually get done.

A degree in marketing, communications, media or a related discipline is required, alongside some early career experience in content, social or digital marketing.

If you've got a portfolio, social account, side project or examples of content you're proud of, they'd love to see what you've created.

Why join?

For someone early in their marketing career, there's a lot to like here.

You'll have an experienced content leader to learn from, access to senior people who genuinely want to hear fresh ideas, and the creative freedom to experiment with what the brand could be doing differently.

It's also a business that puts a lot into its people. Think social clubs, team events, internal experiences, interstate opportunities and plenty of reasons to celebrate together.

The culture is energetic, friendly and social, but there's also a strong work ethic behind it. They're looking for someone who wants to get involved, build relationships and become part of the team.

The role is office-based in Sydney CBD, because being around the people and personalities within the business is an important part of creating great content.

If this sounds like the kind of environment where you'd do your best work, apply now.
