Digital Experience & Content Lead
14 month parental leave contract; and

This is a rare opportunity to shape the end-to-end digital experience for a respected, values-led national organisation. As the Digital Experience & Content Lead, you will guide the strategy, optimisation, and delivery of digital experiences across multiple websites - ensuring every interaction is seamless, human-centred, and aligned to business goals.
You’ll be supported by a talented team of digital specialists and work across UX, CRO, SEO, Gen AI, content, analytics, and website optimisation to drive meaningful, measurable impact.
What You’ll Lead
Own and contribute to the digital roadmap, driving key projects and continuous improvements;
Lead the website content strategy and collaborate with media specialists to deliver high-impact content;
Use insights and analytics to identify pain points, opportunities, and performance improvements;
Deliver engaging landing pages and digital tools to support lead generation campaigns;
Oversee SEO, CRO, Gen AI, analytics and website maintenance programs;
Drive enhancements with UX/UI designers, ensuring strong usability and brand consistency; and
Oversee budgets, external agencies, and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring
Strong experience in digital experience, optimisation, or digital content leadership;
Ability to turn strategy into actionable, iterative improvements that enhance client experience;
Experience leading digital teams or multidisciplinary specialists;
A deep understanding of SEO, CRO, analytics, UX, usability testing, and digital measurement;
Proven ability to manage multiple digital workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior leaders; and
Passion for delivering world-class digital experiences that solve real customer problems.
