Digital Marketing & Automation Manager
(Brisbane preferred, Sydney or Melbourne considered)

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a complex, multi-brand digital ecosystem within a large, fast-moving organisation. You’ll shape the digital frameworks, automation capability and performance strategy that drive visibility, lead generation and growth across a diverse portfolio of B2B brands.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead the digital function across websites, SEO, CRM, automation, reporting and optimisation, ensuring each brand has the systems and insights needed to scale.
What you’ll own
Digital growth, SEO and automation strategy across a portfolio of brands;
Websites, CMS platforms and digital user experience optimisation;
CRM workflows, lead nurture programs and lifecycle automation;
Lead management, reporting and attribution frameworks;
MarTech platforms, integrations and digital governance; and
Leadership of a Digital Marketing Coordinator and day-to-day digital delivery.
What you bring
5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing (B2B or multi-brand preferred);
Strong experience in SEO, CRM, automation, SEM and CMS platforms;
Experience building workflows, dashboards and segmentation models;
Strong stakeholder and project management skills; and
Commercial mindset focused on growth and performance.
