We are partnering with a purpose led national organisation that is building out its marketing team and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the function.
This newly created role will take ownership of paid digital activity across Meta, TikTok and Google, using audience insights, creative and performance data to deliver campaigns that reach audiences across Australia.
Working closely with the broader marketing team, you'll also contribute to integrated campaigns across content, partnerships, events and traditional channels.
The Role
Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads;
Manage campaign budgets, pacing and channel allocation;
Develop audience and channel strategies aligned to campaign objectives;
Analyse performance data and identify opportunities to improve results;
Lead A/B testing across audiences, creative, messaging and placements;
Work closely with content to develop creative and messaging that performs;
Write and edit copy across digital ads, landing pages, email and campaigns;
Report on performance, insights and recommendations; and
Manage agency, supplier and partner relationships where required.
About You
You are a hands-on digital marketer who understands how audience, creative, channel and data work together to drive performance.
You will bring:
Strong hands on experience across Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads and Google Ads;
Experience managing paid media budgets and performance campaigns;
Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign data;
A good understanding of audience behaviour and digital customer journeys;
Strong copywriting and communication skills;
A good eye for creative and what resonates with different audiences;
The ability to work autonomously while collaborating across a broader team; and
Experience across integrated or broader marketing activity would be highly regarded.
