Digital Performance Manager – Retail Media

A growing consumer business is building out its retail media capability and looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to sit at the intersection of media, client partnerships and campaign execution.
Think internal agency environment - working directly with supplier brands to plan, launch and optimise retail media campaigns across paid social, search, programmatic and onsite channels.
The role is heavily execution-focused. You’ll take briefs from brands and internal stakeholders, translate them into media plans, manage campaign delivery end-to-end and continuously optimise performance across multiple accounts and always-on activity.
The role
You’ll sit within a broader digital team, reporting into a highly commercial leader with strong media agency background, while partnering closely with brands, agencies and internal teams across ecommerce and marketing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in-platform, working across multiple campaigns at once and owning performance from briefing through to reporting.
Retail media experience is highly regarded, but equally important is someone proactive, commercially minded and confident working directly with stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
Managing retail media and supplier-funded campaigns end-to-end;
Building media plans across paid social, search and programmatic;
Optimising campaign performance across multiple live accounts;
Reporting on campaign performance and presenting insights to stakeholders;
Managing always-on private label activity alongside campaign work; and
Working closely with agencies, brands and internal digital teams.
About you
You’re hands-on, execution-first and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously;
You understand paid media performance, know how to optimise based on data and are confident communicating with both internal stakeholders and external brands; and
You may come from agency, retail media or in-house performance marketing, but most importantly you enjoy fast-moving environments where you can own delivery and make an impact quickly.
