Looking for a hands-on Shopify Plus role where you can own digital delivery, optimise ecommerce experiences and manage key integrations within a globally recognised consumer brand?

This permanent opportunity offers end-to-end ownership of Shopify websites across Australia and New Zealand, including BAU enhancements, campaign delivery, integrations and agency management. Based in Melbourne CBD, this is a hybrid role (three days in office, two days WFH), working closely with IT, marketing, sales, operations, and external partners.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will take ownership of Shopify Plus website delivery, managing development priorities, coordinating with external partners and ensuring seamless integration across the digital ecosystem.

You will:

  • Manage and optimise Shopify Plus websites across AU & NZ;

  • Own website roadmap, ticketing, UAT and deployment processes;

  • Configure Shopify features and manage apps, themes and functionality;

  • Liaise with development partners to deliver enhancements and resolve issues;

  • Coordinate integrations with Salesforce, NetSuite and payment providers; and

  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure website performance, stability and uptime.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across both project delivery and BAU, and thrives in a fast-paced, digitally driven environment.

About You:

You are a Shopify expert with strong ecommerce and digital delivery experience. You are confident working across integrations, managing external partners, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital outcomes.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience managing Shopify or Shopify Plus environments;

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, apps and integrations;

  • Experience working with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite;

  • Ability to manage digital projects, timelines, budgets and stakeholders;

  • Experience working with external development agencies;

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills; and

  • Full working rights in Australia.
