Make your mark on one of Sydney's most distinctive lifestyle hotels.

This is more than a Revenue Management role.

We're looking for a commercially minded Director of Revenue to take ownership of the strategy behind how the hotel drives revenue, market share and profitability.

The hotel is built around creativity, culture, food, music and design. It's independent, unconventional and anything but cookie-cutter, and we're looking for someone who brings that same energy to revenue.

You'll have genuine influence across the business, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, F&B and Operations to turn market intelligence and data into commercial opportunities.

The role

• Own revenue strategy, pricing and commercial performance;

• Drive forecasting, demand and inventory strategy;

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and booking pace;

• Drive RGI, RevPAR and ADR performance;

• Lead group displacement and inventory decisions;

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations on commercial strategy;

• Lead weekly revenue meetings and turn data into action;

• Provide strategic leadership to the Reservations Manager; and

• Challenge the status quo and uncover new revenue opportunities.

About you

You’re an experienced hotel Revenue professional who is commercially curious, analytical and confident.

You’ll bring:

• 7+ years’ progressive Revenue Management experience;

• Strong pricing, forecasting, distribution and inventory expertise;

• A proven track record of driving hotel performance;

• Strong commercial and financial acumen;

• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills;

• Experience with Opera, RMS and revenue systems; and

• Experience in lifestyle, luxury, independent or design-led hotels is highly regarded.
