We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the personal injury and workers compensation sector to appoint an experienced Dispute Resolution Officer.
This is a great opportunity to step into a specialist role where you'll use your negotiation and dispute resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes for workers and employers.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing disputes through to resolution, including:
Working with workers, employers, representatives and internal stakeholders to identify resolution opportunities
Reviewing claim histories and assessing potential outcomes
Coordinating medical records, independent medical examinations and supporting documentation
Representing the organisation at conciliation conferences
Working closely with Case Managers and Legal Specialists on complex matters
Proactively identifying opportunities for early dispute resolution
We are looking for:
Experience in workers compensation, claims management, litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience with conciliation or dispute resolution processes
Excellent communication and analytical skills
The confidence to manage complex and sometimes challenging conversations
