Looking for your next move in workers compensation or dispute resolution?

We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the personal injury and workers compensation sector to appoint an experienced Dispute Resolution Officer.

This is a great opportunity to step into a specialist role where you'll use your negotiation and dispute resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes for workers and employers.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing disputes through to resolution, including:

  • Working with workers, employers, representatives and internal stakeholders to identify resolution opportunities

  • Reviewing claim histories and assessing potential outcomes

  • Coordinating medical records, independent medical examinations and supporting documentation

  • Representing the organisation at conciliation conferences

  • Working closely with Case Managers and Legal Specialists on complex matters

  • Proactively identifying opportunities for early dispute resolution

We are looking for:

  • Experience in workers compensation, claims management, litigation or alternative dispute resolution.

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with conciliation or dispute resolution processes

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • The confidence to manage complex and sometimes challenging conversations
