About the Role
This role will lead a high-performing distribution operation based in Eastern Creek, with full responsibility for site performance across warehousing, fulfilment, transport, inventory, safety, cost management, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Significant experience within warehousing, logistics, and distribution leadership roles;
Proven background managing multi-site operations within manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced operational environments;
Strong knowledge of transport, dispatch, inventory control, and warehouse management;
Experience driving operational improvement and process standardisation;
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of freight and warehousing cost drivers;
Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills; and
Strong ERP and warehouse systems experience.
About You
Proven leadership experience within a Distribution Centre or Warehouse Management role;
Strong background in FMCG, manufacturing, retail or high-volume logistics environments;
Experience managing large operational teams within fast-paced environments;
Strong financial and operational management capability;
Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement initiatives;
Solid understanding of inventory management, warehousing and transport operations;
Experience using SAP or similar ERP/WMS platforms;
A proactive, hands-on leadership style with excellent stakeholder engagement skills; and
Strong commitment to workplace health, safety and wellbeing.
