Our client is seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to provide technical and people leadership across teams responsible for delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
 
This is a key technical leadership role, combining hands-on engineering expertise with team leadership, delivery oversight and engineering governance. You will help shape the way Dynamics 365 solutions are designed, developed, integrated and delivered across a complex enterprise environment.
 
Key responsibilities include

• Lead Dynamics 365 and Power Platform engineering teams and delivery;

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and engineering standards;

• Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation and modern development practices;

• Oversee integration, release management and platform governance;

• Partner with architects, product owners and key stakeholders; and

• Drive continuous improvement, security and engineering efficiency.

About you

You will be an experienced Software Engineering Lead / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, combined with the ability to lead and develop engineering teams**.**
 
You will bring

• Strong Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience across enterprise environments;

• Microsoft Azure, Azure Integration Services and Azure DevOps expertise;

• Strong integration, API, CI/CD, DevSecOps and ALM experience;

• C#/.NET and modern software engineering experience;

• Experience leading pro-code and low-code engineering team; and

• Strong people leadership, stakeholder engagement and technical governance skills.
