An elite Executive Search & Development organisation are looking for a bright, driven and capable EA to join their team.  
 
This no traditional EA role, you will work at pace to assist 1 or 2 high performing Consultants, supporting them in an EA capacity as well as facilitating meetings & interviews for their clients. Opportunities to get involved in project management of executive leadership recruitment processes and programs.

What is the role?

  • Diary management and coordination of travel arrangements;

  • Organising meeting logistics and creating detailed travel itineraries for clients and candidate;

  • Keeping our in-house database up to date with candidate and client information;

  • Handling incoming calls with professionalism and confidence;

  • Preparing and managing Excel reports, drawing insights from database outputs;

  • Conducting basic company research, leveraging online tools and reports;

  • Crafting compelling PowerPoint presentations for marketing and client engagement;

  • Drafting and editing confidential reports, proposals, and other key correspondence;

  • Processing expense claims for consultants in an accurate and timely manner; and

  • Assisting with shared general office duties to support overall operations.

What are we looking for?

  • A real go-getter who is eager to excel beyond a traditional EA role;

  • Experience gained in an EA, Project Support, Training or Recruitment background would be an advantage;

  • Ability to work at pace and coordinate multiple time-zones; and

  • Someone with hunger, drive and a commitment to excellence.
