An exciting opportunity to join a leading infrastructure organisation as Executive Assistant to the CFO. In this highly trusted role, you'll become a true business partner, enabling the CFO to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring the seamless execution of business activities.
You'll manage traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities while also supporting strategic initiatives, executive governance and cross-functional projects. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll play a key role in driving accountability, improving business effectiveness and ensuring the CFO's office operates at the highest level.
What’s in it for you?
Proactively manage the CFO's complex diary, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic business objectives;
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing packs, speeches, presentations and executive communications;
Coordinate leadership meetings, track actions and drive follow-up to ensure key initiatives and commitments are delivered;
Manage governance processes, including board papers, executive submissions and confidential documentation;
Review, format and quality assure reports, presentations and business documentation to a consistently high standard;
Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses and executive administration;
Act as a key liaison between the CFO, senior leadership team and internal and external stakeholders; and
Support strategic projects, planning activities, leadership forums and events as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Executive Assistant with a strong track record supporting C-suite executives;
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities;
A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the confidence to anticipate needs and drive outcomes;
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver work accurately and efficiently; and
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
