Join a respected and well-established tutoring business as an Education Support Specialist, supporting a network of franchise education centres. You’ll split your time between the office and a portfolio of education centres.

What is the role?

  • Provide business and educational support to franchisees, ensuring centres operate effectively;

  • Conduct regular visits to franchise locations, assessing performance and providing tailored guidance;

  • Analyse centre operations, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in business planning;

  • Assist franchisees with student recruitment strategies and marketing initiatives; and

  • Act as a key point of contact for franchisees, fostering strong relationships and a culture of continuous learning.

What are we looking for?

  • Around 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, education or relationship management;

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is essential;

  • Strong communication and organisational skills;

  • Drivers license and access to a car for work is essential; and

  • Must be eligible to pass a Children’s Worker Safety Check.
