We’re working with a well-known construction company based in North Sydney that’s looking for an experienced EUC Support Analyst to join their team on a 3-month contract with potential to extend.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things desktop and device support from new user setups to troubleshooting hardware, M365, and network connectivity issues across office and site-based users.
What you’ll be doing:
Deliver Level 1–2 support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tech;
Set up and configure Windows 10/11 machines, Office 365 apps, and user accounts;
Provide friendly and effective support to internal users across head office and construction sites; and
Assist with device rollouts, hardware swaps, and IT onboarding.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a hands-on EUC or IT support role;
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, M365, and hardware;
Experience working in fast-paced or blue-collar industries (construction, logistics, etc.);
Strong communication and stakeholder service skills; and
Immediate availability preferred.
