Within the EPMO, this role provides enterprise oversight of change, ensuring the organisation effectively manages the cumulative impact of transformation and delivers sustainable adoption outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of EPMO, you will lead the coordination and maturity of change management across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and governing enterprise change management frameworks and methodology;

  • Managing portfolio-level change saturation and sequencing of initiatives;

  • Leading executive stakeholder engagement and sponsor coaching;

  • Overseeing change impact, readiness and adoption measurement frameworks;

  • Coordinating communication and training strategies across initiatives; and

  • Building organisational change capability and leading practitioner teams.

About You

You are a senior change leader with experience operating across enterprise portfolios, not just single programs.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading change functions across large, complex organisations;

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent change initiatives at portfolio level;

  • Strong capability in change methodology, adoption and behavioural outcomes;

  • Proven ability to influence executives and senior sponsors; and
