Events & Marketing Executive

Sydney | Hybrid | Regular VIC & SA Travel  
 
If you’re someone who loves events because you love bringing people together, this role will be right up your alley. 
 
A growing multi-site animal healthcare and services business is looking for an Events & Marketing Executive to lead and deliver events across Victoria and South Australia, while supporting broader marketing initiatives across a national network. 
 
This role is based in Sydney, however will involve regular travel to Victoria (typically 1–2 times per month), with very occasional travel to South Australia for key events and activations. 
 
This is a role with a lot of variety, autonomy and relationship management. One week you could be coordinating a large industry event or conference, the next you’re supporting local community activations, developing event collateral or working closely with stakeholders to help elevate their local brand presence. 
 
There’s already strong momentum in place - they now need someone proactive, organised and commercially minded to help take it further. 
 
The role 
 
You’ll sit within a collaborative marketing team and work closely with sites, client relationship managers and internal stakeholders to drive successful events and local marketing activity. 
 
The role covers everything from planning and executing events through to developing marketing materials, coordinating campaigns and helping ensure each location is represented consistently and professionally.
 
What you’ll be doing

• Planning and delivering events, conferences and community activations;

• Managing event logistics, suppliers and sponsorship coordination;

• Creating marketing collateral across social, digital and print;

• Supporting local marketing initiatives across multiple sites;

• Working closely with stakeholders to drive event success; and

• Supporting campaign implementation and post-event reporting.

About you 
 
You’re someone with a mix of events and marketing experience who enjoys variety and taking ownership. 
 
You’re organised, proactive and happy juggling multiple moving parts at once. You’re also creative enough to bring ideas to life visually - Canva experience is essential, with InDesign a strong bonus. 
 
Most importantly, you’re relationship-driven, down to earth and confident enough to push things forward when needed.
