About the Position
This is a key Executive Administrator role, acting as the first point of contact for the office while also providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders and the broader team.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, balancing front-of-house responsibilities with varied administration tasks in a fast-paced, corporate environment. This position suits someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations and thrives on variety.
Key responsibilities include
Managing front-of-house operations, welcoming visitors and coordinating meeting rooms;
Phone and email management;
Preparing documents, proposals, reports and internal communications;
Maintaining office presentation, supplies and facilities;
Supporting onboarding, events and general office coordination;
Managing databases and administrative processes; and
Assisting senior leaders with ad-hoc administrative support.
About You
You are a confident and organised administrator who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You enjoy working in a professional environment, are naturally proactive and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
You will bring
Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or executive support
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; and
A positive, adaptable and team-focused mindset.
