What your role will look like:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple Recruitment Specialists;

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, high-quality presentations and documents, including reports and client proposals, ensuring adherence to u&u document style guidelines;

  • Assist with recruitment processes such as posting advertisements, and coordinating candidate testing and compliance (criminal checks, psychometric assessments);

  • Support the management of recruitment pipeline documentation, including billing and tracking;

  • Send and process electronic privacy documents and ensure accurate records in the company database;

  • Assist with contractor management, including contract preparation, collating timesheets, maintaining internal systems, and liaising with contractors and supervisors;

  • Manage the office IT asset register, liaise with IT support for technical issues and ensure smooth office operations;

  • Coordinate functions and events as required; and

  • PA support to our General Manager including diary management, meeting bookings and inbox management.

About U:

  • You will have previous Office/Team Administration experience;

  • Strong skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Canva;

  • Professional presentation and communication skills;

  • Event management experience with that attention to detail that can’t be taught;

  • A willingness to assist anyone and everyone, with no task too big or too small; and

  • Energy, motivation and a passion to become a part of our team. You will be welcomed with open arms!
