We are working exclusively with one of Australia's leading top-tier law firms to find an experienced Executive Assistant to join their highly regarded Banking and Projects practice group, one of the largest and most active teams in the firm.
This is a varied and fast-paced EA role supporting three Partners with quite different needs, which keeps things interesting. Two of the Partners are self-sufficient, while the third travels frequently and will lean on you heavily for day-to-day support. There is a strong events component to the role, so experience coordinating and setting up events would be a real advantage.

Managing complex diaries and email correspondence;
Coordinating domestic and international travel including detailed itineraries;
Supporting monthly billing, reporting and accounts management;
Maintaining documents and files across multiple matters;
Liaising with clients and external stakeholders;
Managing e-filing processes; and
Coordinating and assisting with internal and external events.
The Team
This is a down-to-earth, no-drama team where people are encouraged to be themselves. Everyone is busy and gets on with things, and the Partners are easy to work with and will give you real autonomy once you've found your feet.
