What is the role?
 
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant to support a highly regarded Managing Partner within a leading law firm.
 
This role has arisen due to an internal promotion and would suit an ambitious Senior Legal Assistant or Legal PA looking to take the next step in their career.
 
Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will become a trusted right hand, providing high-level support across a broad range of responsibilities.
 
Key duties will include:

  • Complex diary and inbox management;

  • Coordinating travel arrangements;

  • Preparing agendas, presentations, reports and briefing materials;

  • Liaising with Partners, senior leaders, clients and external stakeholders;

  • Supporting management and partner meetings;

  • Assisting with partner recruitment processes;

  • Coordinating key firm events and conferences;

  • Managing highly confidential information and documentation; and

  • Providing project and strategic support as required.

What are we looking for?

  • 6+ years' experience within a legal support role;

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills;

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities;

  • A proactive, intelligent and solutions-focused approach;

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment;

  • High levels of discretion and professionalism; and

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence dealing with senior leaders.
