About the role
You'll provide high-level support to the Practice Lead, with real scope to shape how you approach the role:
Managing a busy diary, inbox and workflow, staying ahead of priorities and protecting time;
Building and managing key relationships with clients and stakeholders, including coordinating client events, lunches and following up on billing;
Organising travel, flights and accommodation; and
Managing documents, files, monthly billing and accounts reporting.
About you
Over 4 years' experience as a Legal Secretary/EA in a law firm, ideally supporting at partner level;
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality;
A proactive mindset, you stay ahead of things rather than reacting;
Good commercial awareness, able to see the bigger picture;
Sound judgement, discretion and situational awareness;
Strong organisational and communication skills, with good interpersonal ability; and
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, and comfortable adapting to new technology, including AI tools.
