Supporting senior leaders with meeting coordination, agendas and general administration;
Assisting with the smooth running of the Sydney office, including facilities, suppliers and office services;
Supporting firm-wide projects and initiatives across the Business Solutions team;
Managing expenses and credit card administration; and
Assisting with compliance, systems and process improvement projects.
What they’re looking for:
Previous EA experience, ideally supporting senior executives;
Someone highly confidential and comfortable dealing with sensitive information;
Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail;
Confident dealing with senior stakeholders at all levels;
Someone proactive, hands-on and happy to get involved across the business; and
Strong Microsoft Office skills and an interest in using technology to improve processes**.**
What’s in it for you:
Flexible working with 2 days WFH;
Join a well-established law firm with a great culture;
