An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Melbourne office of a highly regarded, market-leading law firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a busy Disputes & Investigations practice, supporting a Partner and broader team of lawyers working across complex, high-profile litigation and regulatory matters.

The opportunity:
Working closely with a Partner and team of lawyers, you will provide comprehensive executive and legal support across a diverse portfolio of matters.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing proactive executive support to a Partner and legal team;
Managing matter-related documents, files and correspondence;
Preparing and formatting court documentation across multiple jurisdictions;
Coordinating and managing briefs to counsel;
Liaising confidently with clients, counsel, courts and other external stakeholders;
Managing electronic filing requirements and court portals;
Taking ownership of diary, inbox and appointment management;
Assisting with monthly billing processes and account reconciliation;
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements; and
Providing occasional digital dictation and general administrative support.
About you:
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality support.
You’ll ideally bring:
Previous experience supporting senior professionals, preferably within a law firm;
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
Excellent organisation and time management skills;
The ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
A proactive, solutions-focused approach;
Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders, clients and external parties; and
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
