This is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal EA to join a high-performing Intellectual Property team within a top-tier law firm. You’ll be supporting a Partner and wider team in a collaborative environment, with strong internal support and some of the best technology and systems in the market. The role
You’ll be joining an established and well-resourced team, providing high-level support across the practice. You’ll work closely with the Partner and lawyers while also being part of a wider EA network where collaboration and connection are encouraged.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing complex diaries, meetings and email correspondence;
Coordinating client meetings, events and travel arrangements;
Preparing and formatting correspondence, documents and presentations;
Managing files, documents and general administrative tasks;
Assisting with billing, expenses and financial administration;
Working closely with other EAs and internal support teams; and
Providing general support to the wider team as required.
About you:
Previous experience supporting Partners or senior professionals, ideally within a law firm;
Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail;
The ability to manage competing priorities and stay one step ahead;
Strong communication skills and a professional approach;
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset; and
Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using technology.
