As the Executive Assistant and Office Manager, your varied role will include:
High level executive support to the CEO and Chairman;
Calendar management and meeting coordination including preparation of all required materials for these meetings;
Arrange all domestic and international travel for the CEO and exec team, including flights, accommodation, transfers & visas (where required);
Assist in the preparation of company documents, presentations, briefings and Board papers.;
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office, including kitchen and office supplies, contractors, facilities and supplier agreements;
Plan, coordinate and host company and team events, town halls, celebrations and employee engagement initiatives;
Office Management support for National offices; and
Assist the Head of People with administrative tasks and company-wide communications when needed.

The ability to show initiative, take on responsibility and really own this role;
Previous EA/PA experience;
Previous Office Management experience; and
A high-level of attention to detail with experience managing correspondence and documentation.
