**About the Opportunity:
**
This unique, hands-on business support role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on both the growth of Kumon centres and students’ educational journeys. The Field Development Consultant plays a key role in supporting Kumon Franchisees to grow their centres and deliver outstanding learning experiences. Using your creativity and initiative, you will support Franchisees by guiding them in applying the Kumon method to achieve outstanding student outcomes. Your role also covers education administration, including student enrolment and centre-specific support. Additionally, you will assist with marketing initiatives, helping Franchisees promote their centres and strengthen the Kumon brand in the community.
**Who are we looking for?

To progress in this role, you must hold a tertiary qualification.
Additionally, you are a proactive and solution-oriented individual, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are highly organised, able to work collaboratively in a team and adept at problem-solving. You have experience in customer-service environments and stakeholder management and are confident with Microsoft Office. If you’re passionate about children and learning and thrive in a motivated, adaptable role, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact!
A typical day will entail:
Visiting Kumon Centres and building strong, ongoing relationships with Franchisees;
Analysing centre performance and developing strategic business plans and recommendations;
Overseeing student and financial reporting, enrolments, progress tracking and administrative tasks;
Supporting recruitment, training and development of centre staff and ensuring compliance with operational requirements;
Advising on marketing strategies, implementing centre-specific campaigns collaborating with the Public Relations team; and
Developing strategies to attract and retain new students.
