We’re partnering with a high-growth, national organisation operating in a sales-led, field-based environment who are looking to appoint a Field Learning Manager to uplift capability, performance and engagement across a large distributed workforce.
 
The Opportunity:
 
This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on designing and delivering practical, commercially relevant learning for a field population where time is limited and performance matters. You’ll be responsible for ensuring learning is engaging, accessible and directly linked to sales outcomes, retention and leadership capability across the field. Working closely with senior leaders, regional managers and high performers, you’ll play a key role in shaping how learning is embedded across the business.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the design and delivery of learning solutions for a national field workforce;

  • Develop learning aligned to commercial outcomes including sales performance, retention and leadership capability;

  • Deliver engaging face-to-face facilitation where required across field and leadership groups;

  • Equip leaders and field trainers with practical tools to reinforce learning in the field;

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure learning reflects real operational and sales environments;

  • Refresh and adapt existing learning content to improve relevance and impact; and

  • Support ongoing improvements to how learning effectiveness is measured and understood.

About You:

  • Experience in L&D, training or capability development within a sales-led, field-based or distributed workforce;

  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage, influence and adapt in real time;

  • Practical application of adult learning principles;

  • High energy, strong presence and confident communication style;

  • Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes, behaviour change and performance; and

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, operationally driven environments.
