An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large, vertically integrated Australian agribusiness with operations spanning production, manufacturing, supply chain, and global distribution.
This is a highly visible role within a collaborative finance team, offering the opportunity to partner with senior leaders and operational stakeholders to deliver meaningful commercial insights that influence business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and lead weekly P&L reporting across multiple business units;
Deliver monthly reporting packs, dashboards, and performance analysis;
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and visualisations;
Provide commercial insights and financial commentary to support decision-making;
Perform variance analysis, forecasting, and annual operating planning;
Develop financial models to support revenue optimisation and business initiatives;
Analyse production, operational, and cost-driver data to identify improvement opportunities; and
Support stakeholders with meaningful analysis and recommendations.
About You
Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, FP&A, or Financial Analyst role;
Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, agribusiness, or another operationally focused environment;
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and macros / VBA;
Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience;
Experience working with ERP systems (D365 experience highly regarded); and
Strong analytical capability with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
