A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a large, purpose-driven organisation in Brisbane CBD.
This is a broad and hands-on role supporting multiple portfolios within a complex environment, offering a mix of financial reporting, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and business partnering.
Working closely with senior leaders, committees and councils, you will play a key role in delivering financial insights and supporting decision-making across the organisation.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and working within a collaborative, values-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly and quarterly financial reporting;
Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis;
Quarterly Board and committee reporting;
Debtors oversight and cash flow monitoring;
Variance analysis and reporting commentary;
Stakeholder engagement across multiple portfolios;
Audit coordination and year-end support; and
Supporting process improvement initiatives.
About You
CA / CPA qualified;
Strong financial accounting and reporting experience;
Previous exposure to budgeting and Board reporting;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Hands-on, organised and adaptable approach; and
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple entities.
