An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide insights, challenge thinking and drive business performance.

You will be more than a numbers expert. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders understand financial outcomes, identify opportunities and make informed decisions that support strategic objectives.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will work closely with operational and commercial teams to deliver meaningful financial insights and support business decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance and accountability;

• Delivering budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes;

• Providing commercial analysis and recommendations to support strategic initiatives;

• Identifying risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives;

• Developing financial models, business cases and investment evaluations;

• Analysing trends, margins, costs and operational performance drivers;

• Supporting month-end reporting, variance analysis and management reporting;

• Translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights; and

• Influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organisation.

We’re looking for someone from a background similar to;

• CA or CPA qualification;

• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A capacity;

• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities;

• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency;

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills;

• The ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making;

• A proactive, curious and solutions-focused mindset;

• Experience working within fast-paced, high-volume environments; and

• Strong understanding of inventory, supply chain, pricing, margin and operational performance drivers.
