Delighted to be partnering with a fun, growing group who are  seeking a commercially minded and versatile Finance Business Partner to join a growing, dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a portfolio of businesses, providing both hands-on financial support and strategic insight to drive performance and sustainable growth. 
 
You will play a key role in financial compliance, cash flow optimisation, and performance analysis, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with a portfolio of businesses to manage budgets and cash flow performance;

• Deliver month-end compliance including BAS, reconciliations, and reporting;

• Oversee broader compliance requirements such as FBT, income tax reconciliations, and financial statements;

• Provide actionable insights to improve business performance and support decision-making;

• Act as a key point of contact for financial, tax, and performance-related queries;

• Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders and finance teams; and

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.

What we’re looking for:

• CA or CPA qualified;

• 5+ years’ experience in finance or business partnering roles;

• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge;

• Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into commercial outcomes;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;

• Experience with Xero (preferred);

• Intermediate financial modelling skills (Excel); and

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity.
