The Opportunity:
As Finance Lead, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer teams to influence decision-making, shape pricing strategies and drive customer profitability.
You will play a key role in supporting growth while improving commercial outcomes across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with commercial teams on pricing, contracts and customer strategy;
Leading revenue and margin forecasting across key segments;
Driving customer-level profitability and cost-to-serve analysis;
Supporting business cases, partnerships and strategic initiatives; and
Delivering insight that drives performance and informs decision-making.

About You:
You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys partnering with the business.
Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering roles;
Strong financial modelling and analytical capability;
Proven ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing or customer-facing teams;
Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders; and
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
Experience in consumer, automotive, retail or high-growth environments will be advantageous.
