What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing all financial operations, from daily accounting through to monthly reporting, planning, and compliance;

• Leading and developing a small finance team;

• Partnering with the owner and senior stakeholders to support decision-making and business performance;

• Driving process improvements and ensuring strong financial controls; and

• Being the accountable person for the accuracy and integrity of all financial information.
