We are looking for a CA/CPA-qualified finance professional with 5–6 years’ experience with the financial services space. This role offers the ideal next step to take your strong technical foundation into a dynamic, future-focused environment where your work directly shapes commercial outcomes.
As a Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategy and deliver insights that influence key decisions. You’ll still draw on your technical expertise, but with broader scope - driving performance, supporting improvement and growing into a trusted commercial advisor.
What you’ll be doing:
Oversee financial reporting and control, ensuring accurate general ledger, reconciliations, substantiated balance and efficient month-end processes;
Enable high-quality regulatory reporting by ensuring timely, complete and accurate data flows directly from the GL;
Coordinate statutory reporting obligations, supporting half-year/full-year reporting, audit preparation and technical accounting input;
Support wider business activities, maintaining treasury related balance integrity and build strong cross-functional relationships; and
Contribute to projects such as system changes, new accounting standards and complex transactions.
What we’re looking for:
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent);
Relevant degree qualifications in accounting, business and/or finance;
Strong experience within the Financial Services industry; and
A confident communicator who is comfortable working with non-finance stakeholders.
These responsibilities are a guide - at times, your leader or stakeholders may ask you to take on additional work that supports broader strategic priorities. This position is a great hybrid blend of technical accounting and commercial partnering. You will gain direct exposure to leadership and play a key part in company growth.
