We're partnering with a growing organisation looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager to support a portfolio of projects and provide meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders.
This is a broad, hands-on role that combines financial planning, project performance, reporting and financial control. You'll work closely with operational leaders to ensure projects are delivered on budget, forecasts remain accurate and financial risks are proactively managed.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll take ownership of the financial management of key projects while supporting the wider finance function across reporting, compliance and planning.
Key responsibilities include
Lead budgeting and forecasting across a diverse project portfolio;
Analyse monthly project performance and provide commercial insights;
Partner with project managers to monitor delivery against budget and forecast;
Support treasury and hedging activities aligned to project requirements;
Oversee month-end reporting and financial close activities;
Drive forecast cycles and improve planning accuracy;
Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and statutory requirements;
Support external audits and year-end reporting processes; and
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting capability.
You'll be an engaging finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and using financial information to influence business outcomes.
You'll ideally bring
CA or CPA qualification;
Experience in Finance Manager, Project Finance or Commercial Finance roles;
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis capability;
Demonstrated experience partnering with operational stakeholders;
Sound understanding of Australian accounting standards;
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills; and
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
